With a strong pipeline of projects and a brand that’s ready for its next stage of evolution, they’re looking for a marketer who can help bring their story to life.

The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day marketing activity, coordinating campaigns and supporting broader brand initiatives.

You will:

  • Coordinate and execute campaigns across digital, social, print and onsite environments

  • Manage content creation — social posts, EDMs, blogs, project features, case studies

  • Maintain website content and monitor performance analytics

  • Work closely with internal teams, site staff and external partners

  • Develop and maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries and project timelines

  • Support events, community activations and project launches

  • Ensure the brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Around 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role

  • Strong written skills and an eye for detail

  • Experience managing social platforms and content calendars

  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to own projects

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Bonus: exposure to construction, property, or similar industries
